Legal consumer fireworks are only allowed on private property from June 24 to July 6, and include ground and hand-held sparkling devices; any devices that rise into the air and explode/detonate or fly above the ground are illegal. Remains found this month believed to be missing Queen Creek teen

Officers arrived and identified the body as a boy between 15 and 16 years old who was 6 feet tall and had brown hair. Police are awaiting autopsy results to release the name of the teen.
