The Queen Creek Police Department (QCPD) has submitted charges to the Maricopa County Attorney against seven individuals in connection with the Oct. 28, 2023 assault that resulted in the Oct. 30 death of Combs High School junior Preston Lord, 16, after a Queen Creek Halloween party that got out of control near 194th Street and East Via Del Rancho Road.
QCPD released the following statement by Queen Creek Police Chief Randy Brice at 4:20 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2023 on its social media outlets.
