Once again, the Rotary Club of Queen Creek will bring together local businesses, mental health professionals, community leaders, local government officials, runners, walkers and families for this one-of-a-kind community event. Last year’s 5K Run/Walk was kicked off by Queen Creek Mayor Julia Wheatley and drew nearly 200 participants and dozens of spectators, all in support of raising awareness for teen mental wellness.

Rotary Club of Queen Creek hosting second Rotary Run for Resilience 5K Run/Walk in support of teen mental wellness

The community event will be on Saturday, April 27 at Queen Creek's Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre. Registration is currently open to participants of all ages and abilities and the club is also actively seeking sponsorship partners for the event. One-hundred percent of the net proceeds will benefit Rotary Club of Queen Creek’s local programs designed to improve youth mental resilience in an effort to mitigate teen suicide.
