It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Lois Long, who left us on December 12, 2024 at the age of 95. Born on September 1, 1929 in Hamblin, Texas, Lois was a cherished member of her family.

Alice Gaona Mendoza, born September 15,1923, died Friday, November 29, 2024. She passed away peacefully in hospice care at 101 years of age. Her husband, Manuel Verdugo Mendoza, preceded her in death after 58 years of marriage.

Elsie M. Wilkens, age 100 of Mesa, AZ, formerly of Manteno, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2024, at Broadway Mesa Village in Mesa, AZ. Elsie was born in Piper City, one of six children. She helped her mother run a boarding house in Kankakee.

Kitty (Lenzmeier) Olson, born April 24, 1941, died Saturday, November 30, 2024. Kitty will be missed by her husband, Roger, who enjoyed a couple of years of their 58-year marriage, their daughter Gretchen and son Chip. Family was important to Kitty.

Linda (Windy) Airey passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in Mesa, Arizona on November 29, 2024. She was born in Niagra Falls, NY on April 2, 1952 to Thomas (Father Fred) Airey and Jacqueline Airey.

Kevin James Van Houten, born on March 4, 1961, in Lincoln, Nebraska passed away peacefully on December 3, 2024, at the age of 63.

Arlan H. Erickson of San Tan Valley, Arizona passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2024 with family at his side, at the age of 82. He was born July 30, 1942 to Herbert and Mabel Erickson of Starbuck, MN. There he grew up on the family farm.

Mary Elizabeth (Scheid) Burnett died in her sleep on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at the age of 90. Mary is predeceased by her husband of 65 years Ray, who died in 2020.

Merrill Lloyd Tew, born April 7, 1936, also called Lloyd by many who loved him, passed away Friday November 29, 2024, surrounded by love and family, leaving behind a legacy of joy, generosity and devotion.

Thomas C. Greiner (Bear), age 69, resident of both Superstition Lookout RV Resort of Apache Junction, AZ, and Wildlife Bar & Campground in Birnamwood, WI, passed away on November 30, 2024.
