James Patrick Halpin of Wentworth, SD passed away on March 16, 2023 at Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. Jim was born on May 6, 1937 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He graduated from Washington High School, Class of 1955.
