While Ouellette doesn’t make masks anymore, she does sell jams and jellies at the San Tan Valley Farmers Market & Bazaar on the second Saturday of every month. She'll be there this Saturday, Nov. 12, beginning at 7 a.m. at 40815 N. Ironwood Drive.

QCFMD officially began to provide emergency services to residents on Jan. 1, 2008. Community service is a top priority for the department as it continues to grow. In April the town celebrated the opening of permanent Fire Station 5 at 245 W. Combs Road.

“We have always believed in the value, importance and accessibility of sports for people of all abilities and disabilities,” said Gus LaZear, vice president and general manager of Ability360 Sports & Fitness Center. "We continue to expand those opportunities to engage individuals with disabilities.”

As World War II and the holocaust get pushed further into history, it becomes even more important to archive the memories of past events so that generations to come can remember. This compelling museum will showcase experiences to help visitors learn and understand the impact of the holocaust on the Jewish community and how the public can carry the stories and lessons with them. 

Special events include assemblies, musical performances and parades.

“I feel like Queen Creek as we speak today, and then even in the future, is and will be one of the most sought after areas to live in the Valley because of everything it has to offer. It’s a great place to live, it’s a great place to raise a family, it’s a great place for retirement, it's a great place for really anybody,” said Nate Knight, office manager of the ProSmart Realty Queen Creek office.

“At our core, our mission is to support the community we serve through the work of Phoenix Art Museum,” said Joel Coen, president of Men’s Arts Council. “This program will allow families and students the opportunity to experience the museum once again and hopefully be a part of the resurgence of the Phoenix arts scene.”

“The money raised this year was record-breaking,” said Brandon Crowe, superintendent of Great Hearts Arizona.  “It was great to come together in person at an event where the proceeds add to the Teacher Excellence Fund. We want to thank our teachers for their devotion and passion for serving Great Hearts scholars.”
