Ability360 offering wheelchair curling, tennis clinics

“We have always believed in the value, importance and accessibility of sports for people of all abilities and disabilities,” said Gus LaZear, vice president and general manager of Ability360 Sports & Fitness Center. "We continue to expand those opportunities to engage individuals with disabilities.”

Ability360 Sports and Fitness Center is offering a six-week wheelchair curling clinic starting Nov. 9 and novice and advanced wheelchair tennis clinics through Dec. 16.

Wednesday Wheelchair Curling Clinics

• Wednesdays from 3-5 p.m.

• Nov. 9, 16, 23, 30; Dec. 7 and 14

• Coyotes Curling Club, 2202 W. Medtronic Way, No. 101, Tempe

• Registration fee: $75

Monday Novice Wheelchair Tennis Clinics

• Monday evenings from 6-9 p.m.

• Every Monday through Dec. 12

• Phoenix Tennis Center, 6330 N. 21st Ave., Phoenix

• Registration fee is $50
