Queen Creek PD to host 'Chillin’ with a Cop' evening of July 27

“We strategically planned this event during the evening hours as we realized our daytime events were limiting those who have to work from coming out to meet with us. I think it’s extremely important to be accessible to all segments of our community, so we hope those of you who do have to work can stop in, have some gelato, and meet us before heading home,” said Queen Creek Police Chief Randy Brice.

The Queen Creek Police Department (QCPD) invites the community to come cool off with them at a special "Chillin’ with a Cop" event next week.

It will take place at Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, 20784 E. Victoria Lane, on Wednesday, July 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. Small cups of gelato will be provided by QCPD, while supplies last.

Events like "Chillin’ with a Cop" are part of QCPD’s ongoing efforts to engage with the community. Residents will have a chance to meet and interact with QCPD command staff, sergeants and officers.
