Dingo Starr does great with grooming and getting his "pawdicures." He is residing at Friends for Life's adoption center, located at 952 W. Melody Ave. in Gilbert, and can’t wait to find his forever home. He is neutered, licensed, vaccinated and microchipped. His adoption fee is $325.

The event is hosted by the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce, McFarland State Park, 24 W. Ruggles St.

The blood drive will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. outside of Queen Creek Fire Station 5, 245 W. Combs Road, in the Bloodmobile.
