Look out for Hank in Queen Creek this Halloween!

Hank, or Hankie, is black and white with a tumor on the left side of his chest. He was wearing a purple Halloween bandanna and his leather collar with his tags, name and Polyak's phone number, 480-234-3952, on it.

Queen Creek resident Andrea Polyak and her family are hoping treak-or-treaters tonight will help them find their beloved Hank, 12, a 50-pound neutered lab/pit mix who has been missing since 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 28.

Hank is friendly, but don't chase him if you see him. He doesn't like loud noises and will visibly shake. He's microchipped and was last seen in Queen Creek on Cloud Road and 213th Way, near Ellsworth Road.

"He is friendly. My only concern is he visibly shakes to loud noises, in case someone set off fireworks," Polyak said. "Hank's furry brother and humans are devastated."

She is asking anyone who spots Hank, or has any information on him, to call or text her 24/7 at 480-234-3952.
