Friends of the Week: Bonded buds Harley & Little Dog are handsome, sweet

Both have met other dogs and had no issues. The best estimate as to their age is that they are around 2 years old. They are living at Friends for Life's adoption center, located at 952 Melody Ave. in Gilbert and are waiting to meet you. Both boys are neutered, licensed, microchipped and vaccinated. The total adoption fee for this bonded pair is $395.
Harley D and Little Dog joined Friends for Life Animal Rescue recently with a very moving story - when the volunteers heard it they knew they had to find a way to help.

The boys were living with their dad in a condemned building. They were homeless and had nowhere to go. Their dad wanted the boys to be safe, so he gave them to someone who reached out to Friends for Life for help. The boys spent a few days with the woman who brought them to the group. They were a little shy at first but warmed up very nicely to her.

Harley D is a little more outgoing but he watches for Little Dog and likes to keep an eye on him. Little Dog is a little shyer but he does well when being held. Friends for Life is so glad they could help these boys find safety in a home. These two boys need to be adopted as a pair and go together to their new adoptive home.

The boys will have a special reduced adoption fee, and they are looking for a family willing to open up their home and their heart to these two handsome fellows. They've been through a lot and are eager to find a safe place to call home. They had unconditional love from the family they lost, now they hope to find that again.
