Bloom At Blossom Rock: Grand opening of Southeast Valley’s newest master-planned community April 27

Unveiling of the thoughtfully crafted community, including Bubbles & Brews, live music, food trucks and 15 new model homes by five nationally acclaimed homebuilders this weekend.

On Saturday, April 27, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Brookfield Properties invites the public and prospective home buyers to Bloom At Blossom Rock: The Ultimate Block Party at the Valley’s newest master-planned community in the Southeast Valley.

Situated against the backdrop of the majestic Superstition Mountains, Blossom Rock at Superstition Vistas is conveniently located near Ray Road and Ironwood Drive, at 100755 Dutchman Drive. Blossom Rock is part of the first phase of the long-planned Superstition Vistas master plan that will reshape the Southeast Valley.

Blossom Rock is just 2 miles east of Eastmark, also co-developed by Brookfield. Eastmark is one of the most successful master-planned communities in the history of Arizona.

Guests attending Bloom at Blossom Rock - The Ultimate Block Party are invited to enjoy Bubbles and Brews, free live music, multiple food trucks – including barbecue, tacos and sweet treats, all while touring 15 new model homes, which will open its doors for the first time to the public on April 27.

Those models and homes are being offered by Brookfield Residential, David Weekley Homes, Lennar, Pulte Homes and Tri Pointe Homes with prices anticipated to start in the upper $400’s.

Blossom Rock homebuilders are offering a wide range of architectural designs and floor plans to fit a variety of lifestyles, from first-time homebuyers to families with children of all ages to empty nesters and retirees. The distinct home styles include Spanish Colonial, Territorial Ranch, Craftsman/Bungalow, Traditional Southwest, Contemporary Farmhouse, Desert Prairie and Modern West. They will create a rich fabric of visual character and beautiful neighborhood scenes.

During Bloom the Ultimate Block Party guests are encouraged to park at the crossroads of Ray Road and Blossom Rock Trail and then hop on one of the free shuttles that will stop at each of the four parks of Blossom Rock. Each park will offer a unique floral photo opportunity, music, food and memorable experiences to discover Life at Blossom Rock.

“After the incredible success at Eastmark and with the community nearly sold out, we’re excited to host families interested in Blossom Rock for a memorable day filled with music, food, family and dog-friendly activities, and beautiful homes,” said Dea McDonald, president of Brookfield Properties Development Arizona, Land and Housing. “Blossom Rock is tailored to a variety of homebuyers, from newlyweds and families with young children, all the way to empty nesters. The community has been purposefully designed to be inclusive; something today's home buyers are seeking."

Starting at Blossom Rock’s public Painted Sky Park, visitors can take free country line dancing classes prior to watching a live performance by country variety band Honeygirl, which features music by Kira Brown. Guests are also invited to enjoy the City of Apache Junction Parks & Rec’s activations including lawn games, bookmobile, plus see a SWAT vehicle or climb on a firetruck.

The second stop on the tour is Goldstone Park, where guests can experience life at Blossom Rock and lounge with the community life team. This is also the location for the Inaugural Bubbles & Brews, where there are bubbles for kids and sipping for the adults. Bubbles & Brews is a unique pop-up experience by Handlebar Pub & Grill and purchases will benefit local charities. Must be 21 and over to purchase alcohol.

Guests can head to Cave Trail Park for a Build-Your-Own Succulent Garden available for the first 400 guests. There will also be a professional photographer to take free family photos at the flower arch perfectly framing the Superstition Mountains in the backdrop.

The final stop is Painted Sky Park East, which is near the future home of Great Hearts Academies charter school. Great Hearts is planning to open their newest academy at Blossom Rick in fall 2026.

Great Hearts will be on hand to answer questions. This is also where dog lovers can meet and greet future adoptable pups and enjoy a Canine Couture Fashion Show courtesy of Lugari Pet Salon. Finally, Steadfast Farm will have their Bloom Bar where the first 400 guests can assemble their own custom floral bouquets.
