Drizzle Donut Co. in Queen Creek has been offering residents unconventional donut flavors to choose from since August of 2020.
“We are a gourmet donut shop that goes beyond what a normal donut shop would,” said Tyler Wright, operations manager at Drizzle Donut Co. She explained that they find toppings that are not normally paired with donuts and through trial and error they create their flavors.
Their menu contains toppings like cheesecake, cookie dough and even bacon. Wright said maple bacon is one of their most popular donuts.
Wright added that customer service is a priority for Drizzle Donut Co.
“We like to stand out as far as customer service goes,” Wright said. “We like to make sure that everyone has a great time when they come into Drizzle. We want it to be a happy and fun environment with crazy donuts.”
Drizzle Donut Co. also offers six flavors of gluten-free donuts every Friday through Sunday. To make these donuts, employees clean the entire store so there is no trace of gluten. Once made, the gluten donuts are sealed in an airtight container and are only taken out in a designated area for gluten-free decorating.
They will offer vegan options in a few months.
