Order one of their signature bowls from the ahi tuna bowl to their chicken bowl, Korean BBQ chicken bowl, salmon bowl or spicy tuna bowl, or create your own. Everything is gluten-free and there are also vegan options available.
The first step is picking your base. Choose between brown rice, white rice and spring mix, or make a combination of them. The next step is to choose one or multiple proteins. They have ahi tuna, chicken, BBQ chicken, octopus, salmon, shrimp, spam, spicy tuna or tofu. Next is your mix-ins, your marinating sauces, toppings, premium toppings, finishing sauces then dry toppings.
There’s so much that goes on behind the scenes. For three hours before opening, the team members cut up fresh fruit and vegetables and make their five marinating and five topping sauces in store.
