David was raised in Gilbert, AZ and had a love of music since childhood. He was especially partial to the music of Elvis Presley. David made friends everywhere he went and was loved by all. He had a contagious laugh and endured the ailments life imposed with grace.
David was the son of Betty and Charles Humphrey. He is survived by his wife Lorraine Humphrey, mother Betty Humphrey, children, Matthew, John, Sara and Randal Humphrey, sister Cheryl (Humphrey) Andress, brothers Fred Humphrey and Danny Erwin. Grandchildren Shiana and Brianna Humphrey.
Preceded in death by his father Charles W. Humphrey, biological mother Vida McAfee, biological sister Connie Kirk, maternal grandparents Mack and Jesse McAfee, paternal grandparents Bill and Julia Humphrey.
