Carrin Lee Blomgren, age 69, of Queen Creek, Arizona, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2022. She was born on May 1, 1953, in Lewistown, Montana.
Carrin is survived by her husband, of 30 years, Keith Blomgren; daughter, Jennifer (Justin) Thomas; son, Joseph (Elisha) Schafer; grandchildren, Abigail, Devin, Gianna, and Avery; sister, Maria (Steve) Smith; brothers, David (Marcia) Greco, Mark Greco, and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Carrin is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Laverne Greco and brother, Frank Greco.
Carrin had many careers throughout her lifetime and ultimately retired from teaching in 2012. Carrin was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed reading, traveling, shopping, spending time with family, and entertaining. Friends and family would describe Carrin as a generous person who loved fiercely, knew how to make anyone feel welcome, and lived life to the fullest. She will forever be missed by her friends and family.
A celebration of life ceremony will be held on May 12, 2023, at Keith and Carrin’s home in Queen Creek, AZ. We will wear green in honor of Carrin. Come prepared to celebrate her love for life and to share a story of this amazing woman that touched so many lives.
