Several student-designs will be presented on the runway of the Mesa Fashion Forward being presented by the Mesa Chamber of Commerce at Superstition Springs Mall (in the JCPenney Court) on Saturday, April 20.

Mesa Community College (MCC) invites the community to “The Future of Fashion” at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 25 in the Navajo Room on the Southern and Dobson Campus, located at 1833 W. Southern Ave. in Mesa. Free and open to the public, the event features over 100 original designs by MCC Fashion Program students.

“Our students’ enthusiasm and drive is what gives our program its energy. This fashion show showcases our student’s creative talents, pattern-making and sewing skills,” said MCC Fashion Design Occupational Program Director Kimberly Broxham. “This year, our Fashion Show Production class, along with student volunteers from our Merchandising classes, are showcasing their skills behind the scenes, providing valuable work experience for those planning for careers off the runway."
