Solari Crisis & Human Services’ Warm Line receives first Peer-to-Peer Warm Line Accreditation from International Council for Helplines

Solari Crisis & Human Services’ (formerly Crisis Response Network) Maricopa County Warm Line has received the first ever Peer-to-Peer Warm Line Accreditation from the International Council for Helplines.

Solari Crisis & Human Services’ (formerly Crisis Response Network) Maricopa County Warm Line has received the first ever Peer-to-Peer Warm Line Accreditation from the International Council for Helplines.

Solari’s 100 percent free and confidential Warm Line can be reached at 602-347-1100. It is open to anyone 18 years of age or older living in Maricopa County and operates 24 hours per day, every day of the week, and all year round to assist callers. The Warm Line provides vital support to approximately 6,500 callers each month.

State-certified Peer Support Specialists have personal experience with behavioral health systems and offer a friendly and understanding ear to support callers through their challenges and share in their successes. Reasons that people call the Warm Line include:

  • To feel a little less lonely.
  • To get fears or worries off their chest.
  • To identify coping strategies for depression, anxiety or substance use.
  • To find local resources and support groups.
  • To share the excitement of a new job or life goal.
  • And much more…

Callers can remain anonymous and strict confidentiality is maintained. Peer Support Specialists are State-certified and trained to provide their undivided attention, compassion, access to local resources and support before callers reach a crisis situation.
