Queen Creek Chamber, Kiwanis 39th Annual Holiday Festival & Parade Dec. 4

"This is a great small town parade and we're so happy to be able to keep this tradition going for the community," said Chris Clark, president and chief executive officer of the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce. "It takes hundreds of people and our terrific sponsors to make this happen."

The 39th Annual Queen Creek Holiday Festival & Parade will take place this Saturday, Dec. 4, from 2 to 7 p.m., in the heart of downtown Queen Creek.

Now in its 39th year, the annual event benefits the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce and Kiwanis Club of Queen Creek. The highlight of the family-friendly festival is the parade, which will feature over 60 entries ranging from marching bands and dance troupes to floats and the big man himself, Santa Claus. The parade will start at 3:30 p.m. at Aldecoa Road and head north on Ellsworth Road, ending at Maya Road.

"This is a great small town parade and we're so happy to be able to keep this tradition going for the community," said Chris Clark, president and chief executive officer of the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce. "It takes hundreds of people and our terrific sponsors to make this happen."

More than 10,000 guests are expected to attend and will also enjoy carnival rides, bounce houses, arts and crafts, live entertainment, food, a Christmas tree lighting ceremony and photos with Santa.

This year’s theme is Christmas in Candyland, presented by Banner Ironwood Medical Center. In addition, Queen Creek Holiday Festival & Parade announces Hunter Contracting Co, San Tan Ford, Comercial Metals Company and the Town of Queen Creek as sponsors.
