Get ready to mix, pour and toast this weekend as Provision hosts its latest Cocktail Mixology Class, this time with an Amaro theme. Italian for “bitter,” Amaro encompasses a dynamic and diverse range of bitter aperitifs such as Aperol, Campari, Fernet and Montenegro, to name a few.
This fun and informal class will transport guests into the world of Amaro, courtesy of Provision Bar Manager David Royer, on Saturday, April 6 at 4 p.m. at Provision, located in Phoenix at 711 E. Missouri Ave., Suite 115.
During the event, Royer will guide guests through some popular Amari and show guests how to turn them into some incredible cocktails.
