Jordan Johnson to teach English this new school year at Eastmark High

"I love to cook, bake (my chocolate chip cookies are ah-may-zing), watch movies, go fishing with my Dad (I always catch the big ones), and read in my spare time, as well as spend quality time with my family. I’m extremely excited to be joining the Firebirds!”

Jordan Johnson will be teaching English this new school year at Eastmark High School in the Queen Creek Unified School District.

“I’ll be teaching ninth grade English this upcoming school year at EHS. I’m an Arizona native who grew up in Globe/Miami, and attended Miami High School - Go Vandals," said Johnson. "After high school, I attended Northern Arizona University and received my bachelor’s degree - Go Lumberjacks! I began teaching the fall after I graduated from NAU as an elementary teacher and within four years I moved up to high school to teach English. After 15 years of teaching I earned my master’s degree from Grand Canyon University.
