As we wrap up the month of April, residents are invited to de-stress and reconnect with a free sunrise yoga class at Verde at Cooley Station in Gilbert.
Sunrise Yoga at Verde at Cooley Station begins at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29 at Cooley Station in Gilbert, located at 3945 E. Williams Field Road.
This free sunrise yoga class with YOGIC S.L.A.Y. is available to all levels to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. The 45-minute class will take place on The Green at Cooley Station. Attendees will need to bring their own mats and water bottles.
