Archaeology Mini Expo April 1 in Queen Creek at San Tan Historical Society Museum

This will be a hands-on setting with pottery making, flint napping, adobe brick making, safe hiking, site stewardship and more. The museum will be open so you can learn all about the original schoolhouse in Queen Creek while also getting free hands-on learning and demonstrations pertaining to local archeology and history.

The San Tan Chapter of the Arizona Archaeological Society is presenting a free Archaeology Mini Expo, called "Studying the past in the Present to see the Future!" tomorrow.

Come and learn about Arizona archaeology from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 1 at the San Tan Historical Society Museum, located at 20435 S. Old Ellsworth Road in Queen Creek. Parking is available behind the museum.
