ADOT: Plan for lane restrictions on Ironwood Drive at SR 24 in Pinal County July 23

The lane restrictions are needed as work continues on the new 5-mile SR 24 freeway extension project between Ellsworth Road and Ironwood Drive.

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is advising motorists that Ironwood Drive will be narrowed to one lane in each direction at State Route 24 beginning Saturday, July 23.

ADOT urges drivers to slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment while the following restrictions are in place:

  • North- and southbound Ironwood Drive will be narrowed to one lane in each direction at SR 24 from 5:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, July 23.
