The Arizona Department of Transportation has advised motorists on northbound State Route 79 north of Florence to expect delays and lane restrictions while crews perform shoulder work.
Work is scheduled from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily through Thursday, May 26, between mileposts 138 and 152. Drivers can expect delays of roughly 10-15 minutes.
Motorists should allow extra travel time and use caution around construction personnel and equipment.
