Solari Crisis & Human Services’ (formerly Crisis Response Network) statewide 2-1-1 Arizona Information and Referral Service program announces the launch of its new and improved website at 211Arizona.org.

The new website allows users to quickly and easily search for and find information on low-cost and free resources and services available to them locally throughout Arizona, such as:

  • Supplemental food and nutrition programs.
  • Shelter and housing options.
  • Rent and utility assistance.
  • Emergency information and disaster relief.
  • Employment and education opportunities.
  • Services for veterans.
  • Health care, vaccination and health epidemic information.
  • Addiction prevention and rehabilitation programs.
  • Re-entry help for ex-offenders.
  • Support groups for individuals with mental illnesses or special needs.
  • A safe, confidential path out of physical and/or emotional domestic violence.

Searches can be performed at county and city levels as well as by zip code. There is also an e-learning section with guided information on how to obtain resources that involve more complex application processes and an eviction prevention app to assist renters at risk of eviction.

“Our primary goal for the new 2-1-1 Arizona website was to create a simple, effective user experience (UX), which ensures people can easily navigate to the desired resources and services available to them locally from anywhere in Arizona. We are confident that we have achieved that goal and we hope that users will agree,” said Justin Chase, president/CEO of Solari, Inc., which oversees 2-1-1 Arizona.

In addition to its new website, 2-1-1 Arizona’s information and referral services also can be accessed by mobile app and by simply dialing 2-1-1 from anywhere in the state. Live-operator service is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week and every day of the year in English and Spanish. Assistance is also accessible at all times in other languages via real-time interpreter services.

Chase is CEO and president of Crisis Response Network, which oversees 2-1-1 Arizona. Originally known as Community Information and Referral Services, 2-1-1 Arizona was founded in 1964 and incorporated as a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization in 1979. In 2017, CRN acquired the program, which transforms lives by linking individuals and families to vital services throughout Arizona.
