QCUSD facilities provide space for community programs

Not all residents within QCUSD boundaries have children in our schools, but chances are the majority have attended an event, practice or community program in one of our facilities. As a district, we are planning for the future of QCUSD and working to ensure these facilities continue to provide quality spaces equipped with tools necessary to serve not only our students, but our entire community.

Queen Creek Unified School District (QCUSD) buildings and facilities provide classroom and activity space for 14 thousand students, but after school and during breaks, these facilities provide needed space for about 40 different community organizations, non-profits, clubs and sports teams through facility rentals.

QCUSD schools provide space for 13 different churches. Club and local sports programs use fields throughout the district for practices, games or competitions. Organizations including the Kiwanis Club, homeowners associations and county environmental services use school buildings for their regular meetings. The Queen Creek Performing Arts Center hosts a variety of programs including showcases for local dance studios, concerts, community events and theater.
