CRE8 Advisors has announced Zara Nail Bar's expansion across the Valley, including two new locations at Queen Creek Crossing and Vineyard Town Center, both Vestar Development Co. projects.
Zara Nail Bar recently had its soft opening at Vineyard Town Center, at 200 W. Combs Road in Queen Creek. The 2,500-square-foot suite will have its grand opening on Saturday, Feb. 24. The owners said they "are bringing unparalleled elegance, experience and top-tier indulgence that leaves clients feeling pampered, refreshed and rejuvenated."
CRE8 Advisors said the nail bar owner's decision to expand across the Valley stems from their commitment to bring luxurious inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring that everyone has access to premium nail care services regardless of the demographic. With a mission to uplift and empower individuals through self-care and leaving them feeling fabulous.
“This place is incredible," said CRE8 partner Rommie Mojahed, who attended the recent soft opening in Queen Creek at Vineyard Town Center. "The way they built these salons is next level and no expense spared.”
In addition, a new second location of Zara Nail Bar has opened in Queen Creek Crossing, located at Ellsworth and Queen Creek roads. That grand opening will be on Sunday, Feb. 25. Mojahed and senior advisor Lindsey Dulle also represented the tenant and the landlord in this lease. The nail bar is joining the tenant mix and the new Costco that has been a staple at the local shopping center.
