Vestar has announced several of the final Phase 1 tenants that will be opening at Vineyard Towne Center in Queen Creek this year.
Over two phases, Vineyard Towne Center will deliver a mix of shops, services and restaurants to the heart of Queen Creek in the 260,000-square-foot shopping center currently under construction at the northwest corner of Gantzel and Combs roads.
McDonalds, Zaxby’s Restaurant and Better Buzz Coffee will occupy the remaining vacant out parcels in this initial phase of development. These tenants represent a significant milestone in the ground up project, bringing Phase 1 of the center to nearly 100-percent leased.
Specialty grocer Sprouts Farmers Market was the first tenant to open at Vineyard Towne Center in August 2023. Since then, Pacific Dental Services, European Wax Center, Zara Nail Bar, Chunk Cookies, Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shop and Nekter Juice Bar have opened their doors to service Queen Creek and neighboring communities.
Another wave of retailers will open this spring, including Keep It Cut Hair Salon, MOD Pizza, Over Easy, Academy Bank, Crown One Beauty Supply, Wingstop, Cafe Rio and Cinnaholic. Ono Hawaiian BBQ and Mountain America Credit Union are set to join the shopping center in the fall.

Looking ahead, Vestar is excited to announce that Phase 2 construction, including anchor tenant Target, will commence in the fall, with opening dates slated for late 2025. Additional Phase 2 tenant announcements will be made in the coming months.
Queen Creek ranks as one of the fastest-growing suburban areas in the nation, part of the expanding Phoenix metropolitan area. Vineyard Towne Center is one of five new projects Vestar is developing in Arizona. Queen Creek Crossing, Verrado Marketplace, Laveen Towne Center and The Shops at Lake Pleasant are also in various phases of construction and development.
