San Tan Memorial Gardens at Schnepf Farms opens first mausoleum in Queen Creek

The mausoleum is air-conditioned and heated so it can be visited year-round and includes a funeral gathering place. It will have over 85 crypts for caskets and over 1,200 niches available for cremated remains.

San Tan Memorial Gardens at Schnepf Farms celebrated the grand opening of Queen Creek’s first mausoleum last week.

On Oct. 17, the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce staff, local business owners, Queen Creek Town Council members and San Tan Memorial Gardens staff joined the Schnepf family for the official ribbon cutting on San Tan Memorial Gardens, located at 22425 E. Cloud Road.

The mausoleum is air-conditioned and heated so it can be visited year-round and includes a funeral gathering place. It will have over 85 crypts for caskets and over 1,200 niches available for cremated remains.

“San Tan Memorial Gardens at Schnepf Farms has been doing business in Queen Creek for 11 years now. It is an honor to be able to continue to assist families of the community with establishing their final resting place - especially within our new community mausoleum.” said Dillon Benavides, general manager of San Tan Memorial Gardens at Schnepf Farms. “We can't thank the Town of Queen Creek, the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce, and the surrounding communities enough for all their support over the years. We look forward to introducing everyone to their options with us including within the first community mausoleum in the community."
