Over Easy bringing second restaurant to Queen Creek

Local breakfast concept growing to 20 Arizona locations as it announces seven new restaurants opening across the Valley through 2025.

Local breakfast concept Over Easy is taking over the Valley, announcing it has signed leases for seven new locations, totaling 20 operating storefronts throughout Arizona.

“We are looking forward to opening our doors to more communities around the Valley,” said Ryan Field, CEO of Over Easy. “Our team is excited to keep the momentum going through and beyond 2025 and to bring Over Easy to new and existing guests.”

Over Easy currently has 13 operating restaurants across Arizona including its two newest storefronts located at 67th Avenue and Deer Valley in Glendale, which opened in September, and at 601 Piccadilly Drive in Flagstaff, which opened earlier this month. Continuing to be a leader in the power breakfast category, the uniquely branded modern diner’s new locations will offer the same fresh creative made-from-scratch menu along with day-time cocktails created to provide guests a memorable dining experience.

Over Easy’s upcoming locations include a second Queen Creek restaurant set to open in mid 2024 at Gantzel and Combs roads. In addition, they are planning a Gilbert location at Val Vista Drive and Germann Road in mid-2025.

“We are thrilled to be expanding in the East Valley with two locations,” said Brian Terpay, COO of Over Easy.” We are happy to be able to provide a second location for our loyal Queen Creek guests in 2024. We look forward to spreading rays of sunshine and filling cups of coffee to a new growing community near San Tan Village in Gilbert in 2025.”

The Over Easy team will hire dozens of employees at each location for full-time and part-time positions ranging from hosts and servers to managers and cooks. Visit eatatovereasy.com/careers for more information on career opportunities.
