High-end apartment complex opens in Queen Creek

With 23 buildings and 476 units, this complex offers a variety of floor plans. The gated community also offers an expansive list of top-notch amenities.

As the ribbon fell to the ground, cheers rang out in celebration of the brand new apartment complex now open in Queen Creek.

Located at 20588 S. Ellsworth Loop Road, Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce staff, local business owners, Queen Creek Town Councilmember Bryan McClure, IDM construction staff and the Acero operation staff gathered on April 28 for the complex's grand opening.

With 23 buildings and 476 units, this complex offers a variety of floor plans, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. The gated community also offers an expansive list of top-notch amenities. From a 24-hour fitness center to a sand volleyball court, resort-style swimming pool and spa, off-leash dog parks, outdoor fire elements, barbecue areas, a community garden and more.

Apartments are pet-friendly and equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryers and wood-like vinyl plank flooring.

“At IDM, not only are we developers and general contractors, but we own the communities in which we build so that is something that is really special. We’re very proud of this one and hope it serves the community well for many years to come,” said Pat Luciano, project manager for IDM and Acero Queen Creek.

They make it easy to get to know your neighbors with all their resident events. You’ll truly feel like you’re a part of a community.

“We hope the residents and the Town of Queen Creek see that it’s a great part of the community and a nice place to call home. From IDM and the construction staff, we thank everyone very much and we’ve really enjoyed building out this community,” Luciano said.

Rooms are now available to rent and tour.

“Essentially, we really are looking forward to providing affordable, unique and high-end housing options for the Town of Queen Creek,” said Laura Gutierrez, community manager for IDM companies and Acero Queen Creek. “We look forward to working together and growing our relationship with the community.”
