In an effort to give back to those in need following the 2024 Girl Scouts cookie season, Dave Burns, founder of Burns Pest Elimination, gathered 20 local business owners – many of whom are members of the exclusive networking group, Executives Association of Greater Phoenix – to purchase over 1,900 boxes of cookies from local Girl Scout Eva Riley, of Troop 3886, as a donation to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Phoenix and the communities they serve throughout the state.

On March 18, Dircks Moving & Logistics delivered this massive shipment of cookies to St. Vincent De Paul, who will distribute the cookies to the thousands of those in need whom they assist with feeding, clothing and housing year-round.

“This is something special we do every cookie season to give back and this year we donated a record amount to St. Vincent de Paul,” said Burns. “To see the Dircks moving truck pull up to deliver thousands of cookies is quite the sight and we are beyond grateful to be able to make such an impact for our surrounding communities.”
