Queen Creek Town Council recognizes 15 'Star Students'

Each school in Queen Creek was invited to nominate one student. The recognitions were during council meetings acknowledging local students who are helpful and considerate of others while demonstrating good citizenship, service and integrity.

The Queen Creek Town Council recently honored 15 "Star Students." The recognitions were during council meetings acknowledging local students who are helpful and considerate of others while demonstrating good citizenship, service and integrity.

Each school in Queen Creek was invited to nominate one student.

April 3 Star Student recognition  

·       Michael Desiderio Jr., Sossaman Middle School 

·       Benson Cook, Benjamin Franklin Charter School - Crismon Campus

·       Sterling Johnson, Benjamin Franklin Charter School - Power Campus

·       Camden Howcroft, Heritage Academy

·       Hannah Droeg, Casteel High School

April 17 Star Student recognition 

·       Presley Taylor, Queen Creek Elementary

·       Bowman Sunderhaus, Jack Barnes Elementary

May 1 Star Student recognition

Each Star Student received a gift card to a local ice cream shop, thanks to the generous donations from Bahama Bucks, Cold Stone Creamery, Dairy Queen, Jeremiah’s Italian Ice and Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt.
