The Queen Creek Police Department (QCPD) is investigating a series of vehicle burglaries reported last week in the Cortina neighborhood. If your car was burglarized, call QCPD's non-emergency number at 480-358-3500 to report the crime, even if there is nothing missing. Your incident may provide important information detectives need to help solve these cases.
All of the reported incidents involved unlocked vehicles.
QCPD is reminding residents to follow the #9pmRoutine:
• Remove valuables from vehicle
• Lock vehicle doors
• Close and lock all exterior doors
• Turn on exterior light
