Philip Charles Lewis, 77, of San Tan Valley, Arizona, passed away on May 26, 2023, in Gilbert, Arizona. He was born on April 17, 1946, to Charles and Earlene Lewis in Belcher, Kentucky.
Mr. Lewis served in the U.S. Army for over 20 years. He enjoyed hiking, fishing, traveling, and most of all, spending time with family.
Philip is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his loving wife, Addie Lewis; daughters; Laura Chacon; son, Brock Lewis; step-daughters, Ardis Fraley and Lori Reinhardt; step-sons, Marc Fraley and Martin Fraley; sisters, Nancy Pelch, Pat Knutson, and Rita Lewis; brother, Daphen Knutson; 22 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held for Mr. Lewis on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at 10:30 AM at Christ Church Freewill Baptist, 431 West Ocotillo Rd., San Tan Valley, 85140.
