This year, the students will use at least 400 pounds of bread flour, 50 pounds of chocolate chips, 60 dozen eggs, 150 pound of pumpkin puree, 120 pounds of cream cheese and 60 pounds of pecans.
All proceeds benefit student programs in The Culinary School at EVIT.
