It is important that you decide on the house rules as a family and begin teaching them immediately. Don’t wait for your new dog to settle in before introducing the rules. Predetermine eating and sleeping areas, access to furniture and other rooms of the house as well as things like manners around the kitchen table. Being taught the house rules consistently from each family member, right from the start, will help make a confidant, well-mannered pet in the future. 

This will be the last market behind the town's library, as the Town of Queen Creek has sold the land to developers. Founder Kelly Crandall said the market will be moved to Schnepf Farms when they resume in November. Fall dates at the new location will be Nov. 11, Nov. 25, Dec. 2 and Dec. 16.

AVID Night incorporated science, technology and art to help spark interest in students and showcase to their parents what programs are available in the Queen Creek Unified School District.

Matt Feeney, founding St. Joseph the Worker (SJW) board member and chair of Snell & Wilmer, and Arizona Court of Appeals Judge Larry Winthrop, formed the Feeney/Winthrop band in the early '90s and have been making music together ever since.

Students who participate will take part in a variety of STEM Labs with topics such as virtual reality, creating the future of tech education, money management and entrepreneurship. Environmental sustainability will also be a STEM Lab topic, to coincide with Earth Day on April 22.
