Town hosting free community pancake breakfast featuring touch-a-truck, free flu shots

Wake up to free pancake breakfast from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 6 at the Queen Creek Historic Town Hall courtyard.

Wake up to “what’s cooking” in Queen Creek at the free pancake breakfast from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 6 at the Queen Creek Historic Town Hall courtyard, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road. Hosted by the Queen Creek Town Council, this is an opportunity for residents to learn what’s happening in the town and be QC neighborly while enjoying a delicious breakfast.

Town representatives will share information on upcoming projects and answer questions. In addition to learning about new businesses coming to town, upcoming roadway projects and what’s happening with your public safety departments, there are three additional highlights at the event:

Free flu shots

Banner Ironwood is providing free flu shots for individuals over 3 years old; flu shots will be administered on a first come, first serve basis.

Touch-a-truck

Kids and adults can peek inside the construction, utility and emergency vehicles that move dirt, dig holes, fix traffic signals and respond to emergencies.

Delicious refreshments

This year’s event is sponsored by IHOP and Starbucks. IHOP will be providing pancakes and Starbucks will be providing coffee.
