State Farm has teamed up with the Arizona Cardinals to be the title sponsors for Believe in AZ Kids Day with the Boys and Girls Club of the Valley, which serves students throughout Maricopa County and shares State Farm's philanthropic focus on education, including STEM.
Recently, State Farm partnered with the Boys and Girls Club of the Valley through its DIY STEM program, which is an activity-based program for 9 to 12 year olds that helps them make connections between scientific principles and real-world applications. Dozens of State Farm employees, alongside the Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders, visited the Boys and Girls Club in Gilbert to volunteer and help students with the program.
#BelieveinAZ Kids Day is Thursday, Sept. 28, where anyone can go online and show they #BelieveinAZKids by donating $20 to give Valley kids a safe place after school: bgcaz.org/believe.
During the telethon, nearly 100 local State Farm employees and agents will be volunteering at the Arizona Cardinals Kids Camp, Mbot Competition and other fun activities hosted at the Boys and Girls Club.
