Special Olympics Arizona 2023 Basketball, Cheerleading State Games continues March 11 at Bell Bank Park

Basketball events will take place Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., while cheer competitions will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today. Additionally, Healthy Athletes presented by DMG Children’s Rehabilitative Services will offer health-related programming today from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Special Olympics Arizona (SOAZ) is continuing one of its biggest competitions of the year, the 2023 Basketball and Cheerleading State Games, which features more than 1,300 SOAZ athletes statewide showcasing their skills in basketball and cheer. 

Competitions began yesterday and continue today, March 11, at the Bell Bank Park sports and entertainment complex in Mesa near Queen Creek, located at 6321 S. Ellsworth Road.
