Queen Creek seeks proposals for development opportunity in Town Center

A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 18.

Ranked one of the top 10 suburbs to move to nationally, Queen Creek is a growing, vibrant community with a new development opportunity in the Town Center. The town is seeking requests for proposals (RFPs) for town-owned land on Ellsworth Loop, south of Ocotillo Road.

RFP No. 23-005 includes three sites for a total of approximately 2 acres, which are zoned C-2 (commercial zoning). The RFP is for the sale or ground lease and development of land for office, medical office and/or low-intensity commercial uses – the town will not consider development based upon non-commercial uses.

The RFP is available on the town’s website, QueenCreekAZ.gov. Proposals (electronic submittals only) are due by 3 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 17.

A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 18. RSVP to Jennifer.Lindley@QueenCreekAZ.gov to receive the meeting access information.

The deadline for questions is 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 1. Questions should be submitted through the town’s online portal.
