There will be a community celebration honoring veterans, along with American Legion Post No. 129, at San Tan Memorial Gardens at Schnepf Farms on Thursday, Nov. 11.
The event will feature the Queen Creek High School Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps color guard and an aircraft flyover.
This is a free public celebration from 8 to 9 a.m. Bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket.
San Tan Memorial Gardens is located at 22425 E. Cloud Road in Queen Creek.
