As the Arizona Department of Transportation continues work on the State Route 24 extension, there will be restrictions on northbound Ellsworth Road, north of Pecos Road in Mesa, near Queen Creek. Expect delays and use an alternative route, when possible.
The closures will be from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 25-26 and May 31-June 3.
Pecos Road is also closed in Mesa, between Sossaman and Ellsworth roads, through Friday night, May 27.
The SR24 extension is anticipated to open to Ironwood Road later this summer.
