Salad and Go opening in San Tan Valley Feb. 4

Gilbert-born drive-thru salad chain kicks off its 10th year of business with major development milestone, among other exciting initiatives

Salad and Go opens this Saturday, Feb. 4, in San Tan Valley at 1754 W. Hunt Highway.

Established in 2013 in Gilbert, Salad and Go is an emerging QSR industry disruptor committed to revolutionizing fast food with a mission “to make fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable for all.”

This marks the brand’s first location in the San Tan Valley area. The company is also opening a second Glendale location Feb. 11 in close proximity to State Farm Stadium which aligns with Super Bowl LVII being played there on Feb. 12.

“We selected San Tan Valley because it is a fast-growing family community and a natural extension of the Southeast Valley for our brand," said Matt Copenhaver, Salad and Go's chief development officer. "Much like Casa Grande, San Tan Valley deserves fresh, convenient, affordable and nutritious food. We are happy to be filling a need in the marketplace and bringing Salad and Go to the great people of San Tan Valley.”

These openings will bring Salad and Go’s presence across Arizona to 50 locations while expanding the brand’s rapidly-growing national footprint to more than 80 locations spanning Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma and Nevada.

As the brand enters its 10th year of business with this major milestone, it is doubling down on its ongoing commitment to giving back, beginning with a partnership with The Salvation Army to donate approximately 1,500 salads from the two new Arizona locations. Salad and Go will also be sponsoring the 18th Annual Legends for Charity Dinner benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which will be in Phoenix this year in conjunction with the Super Bowl this month.
