Queen Creek Foundry Gym membership up for grabs during 6-week 'Fall Into Fitness' challenge, beginning Sept. 12

The gym, co-owned by Will O’Connell and Brittany Kohnke, is giving Southeast Valley residents who’ve lived in something of a “fitness desert” a close, convenient place to shed pounds, build strength and forge connections with fellow community members.

Want a shot at a free six-month Foundry membership in Queen Creek? Sign up now for this season’s “Fall Into Fitness” challenge for a chance to score unlimited access to The Foundry’s full range of group-training classes – a prize valued at $1,500.

Track more habits than any other participant during the six-week challenge to take home the top prize, and then continue to follow your fitness journey during small-group training sessions over the course of the next six months. Sign up now ahead of the program’s Sept. 12 start date.

In April, The Foundry Gym opened in Queen Creek at 18625 S. 187th Place, Unit B108. Read opening story HERE.

The Foundry is one of a few fitness studios in the area that focuses on time-tested workouts and techniques, rather than trends and fads that do little as far as long-term results. Foundry trainers look to help people of all ages and levels develop the skills they need to build strength, avoid injury and otherwise perform at their physical best.
